a romantic getaway!
heated floor comfy bed fun decor unique lighting
the superior room had unique lighting. heated bathroom floors added a touch of luxury to my stay. the hotel's whimsical decor created a fun atmosphere. i found the bed to be very comfy, promising restful nights.
The front desk staff didn't offer much information upon arrival. I had to inquire about available services.

Really good Amenities and Service
modern rooms unique elevator private spa soundproofed space
The hotel's artwork is beautiful. Modern rooms are well equipped. The elevator is a unique feature. The private spa access included in the room rate was fantastic. Everything is heavily soundproofed, so there is no disturbance.
The staff offered limited information upon my arrival. The person at the front desk answered curtly regarding ride services. This was not the most cute experience.

The hotel is well situated, near many places one might want to visit. This includes the Museum Quarter. It is also on Mariahelferstrasse. Shopping is very accessible from this spot.

impersonal check-in excessive minibar
the check-in process felt impersonal the staff member didn't provide much information about the hotel's amenities or services i had to ask about everything myself it would have been better if they had been more proactive and cute also the minibar prices were excessive i thought the cost of drinks and snacks was considerably higher than at nearby shops this detracted from the overall value

excellent location friendly staff
The location was excellent. Many venues are within walking distance. Staff helped with luggage during check-in. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
